Deliveries to Australia: You can expect your package to arrive in 7-10 working days.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of placing an order. Normally, after 24 hours, your order will start to be designed and produced. We will not accept returns for custom products unless they are damaged upon arrival. In such a case, please make your claim within 10 days of receiving your products by emailing us at support Lincoln.au@cikers.comand attach the photos of the products as well as proof of purchase.
