Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Delivery is usually expected within 10 days; however, in some cases, it may take up to 21 days. Once dispatched, your order will be delivered as soon as possible.
Orders greater than $200 and less than $499 will incur a $30 delivery charge. Orders of $500 and above will incur a $50 delivery charge.
Your order may be delivered by either the local postal service or a local courier, depending on your location. In most areas, packages will be delivered with your regular mail. If no one is available at the time of delivery, a notice may be left advising how and where your package can be collected.
We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of placing an order. Normally, after 24 hours, your order will start to be designed and produced. We will not accept returns for custom products unless they are damaged upon arrival. In such a case, please make your claim within 7-10 working days of receiving your products by emailing us at support nguyenhaiyen20112003@gmail.com and attaching the photos of the products as well as proof of purchase.
